Welcome to Sarva Yatra. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, https://sarvayatra.com/, and the travel services, pilgrimage tours, holiday packages and related arrangements offered by us. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. About Sarva Yatra
Sarva Yatra provides travel-related services, including pilgrimage tour packages, holiday itineraries, accommodation arrangements, transportation, sightseeing and assistance with travel reservations. The exact services provided depend on the package selected and the inclusions specifically confirmed at the time of booking.
All package details, prices, itineraries, inclusions and exclusions should be read together with the quotation, booking confirmation or other written communication issued for your particular trip.
2. Enquiries and Booking Confirmation
Travel enquiries may be submitted through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email or other communication channels made available by Sarva Yatra.
An enquiry, quotation request or discussion with our team does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking. A booking will be treated as confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements have been completed and confirmation has been communicated by Sarva Yatra.
Before making payment, customers should verify the travel dates, passenger names, departure and arrival details, destinations, accommodation arrangements, package inclusions, exclusions and total payable amount.
Certain services, including flights, train tickets, hotel rooms, special darshan arrangements and other reservations, are subject to availability and the applicable supplier's confirmation.
3. Package Prices and Inclusions
Package prices are based on the itinerary, travel dates, number of passengers, room occupancy, transportation requirements and services specified in the relevant quotation or package description.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, services not listed as inclusions are not included in the package price. Additional expenses may include personal purchases, laundry, room service, extra meals, tips, porter charges, additional sightseeing, optional activities, excess baggage charges and other services requested separately.
Customers should carefully review whether the package includes airfare or train tickets, accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, entry tickets, guide services, boat rides, darshan assistance, taxes and other charges.
Any special offer, complimentary service, discount or promotional benefit is subject to the conditions specified for that offer and to applicable availability requirements.
4. Booking Payments and Balance Amount
An advance payment may be required to initiate a booking or secure available travel services. The advance amount, payment schedule and balance due date will be communicated during the booking process.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers must pay the outstanding balance within the deadline specified in their booking confirmation. Failure to make payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation, release of reserved services or other consequences permitted under the relevant booking terms.
Customers should retain payment receipts, transaction references and booking confirmations for their records. A payment should be considered received only when it has been successfully credited or otherwise confirmed through the applicable payment process.
Where a payment is made to a third-party supplier or payment provider, the relevant provider's payment conditions may also apply.
5. Flight and Train Reservations
Flight and train bookings are subject to availability, fare rules, reservation status, ticketing deadlines and the terms of the relevant airline, railway authority or booking provider.
Fares and seat availability may change before a reservation is completed and tickets are issued. Where a fare changes or a requested service becomes unavailable before confirmation, Sarva Yatra will communicate the available options, which may include revised pricing, an alternative service or cancellation in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger names and other required travel details. Names and other details should match the identification documents required by the relevant carrier or authority. Corrections, name changes, ticket reissuance and related charges are subject to the applicable supplier's rules.
Customers must independently verify reporting times, terminal or station details, baggage allowances, identification requirements and other travel instructions provided by the carrier or authority.
Flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, train disruptions, missed connections and other carrier-related matters are subject to the relevant airline, railway authority and applicable law. Sarva Yatra will provide reasonable assistance within the scope of the services booked, but cannot guarantee that a carrier will operate according to its original schedule.
6. Hotels and Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to hotel availability and confirmation. The hotel name, category, room type, occupancy and number of nights will be communicated in the applicable package details or booking confirmation.
Hotel star classifications and facilities may vary by property and location. A stated hotel category should not be interpreted as a guarantee of identical facilities, room sizes or service standards across all properties.
Standard check-in and check-out times, identification requirements, security deposits, extra-person charges, early check-in, late check-out and other hotel conditions are governed by the individual property's policies.
If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, Sarva Yatra may coordinate an alternative accommodation of a reasonably comparable category, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms. Any material price difference or change in arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
7. Local Transportation and Sightseeing
Transportation and sightseeing services will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary and package inclusions. Vehicle type, seating capacity, operating hours and permitted usage will depend on the booking confirmation.
Additional trips, route changes, extended vehicle use, extra kilometres, waiting time beyond the agreed limits or other services outside the confirmed itinerary may incur additional charges.
Travel schedules may need to be adjusted due to traffic, road closures, weather, local restrictions, security arrangements, public events or other operational circumstances. Sarva Yatra will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the itinerary while taking passenger safety and practical travel conditions into account.
Customers are expected to follow the driver's instructions relating to safety, vehicle use and departure timings.
8. Pilgrimage, Temple Visits and Darshan Arrangements
Temple entry, darshan, special darshan passes, rituals, religious ceremonies, boat rides and other pilgrimage-related activities are subject to the rules and operating decisions of the relevant temple authorities, local administrations and service providers.
Any darshan pass, priority entry, special access or complimentary activity mentioned in a package is subject to the specific terms communicated for that package, including availability, eligibility, weather conditions and operational restrictions.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Sarva Yatra does not guarantee a particular darshan time, queue duration, entry route, ritual participation or access to restricted areas.
Temple schedules, crowd-control measures, security checks, festival arrangements, VIP movements, local restrictions and other circumstances may cause delays, changes or temporary suspension of access. Customers must comply with the instructions of the relevant authorities.
Sarva Yatra will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the pilgrimage arrangements included in the confirmed package but cannot override the decisions or regulations of temple authorities or government agencies.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate passenger names, contact information, identification details and other information required for the booking.
Checking the itinerary, travel dates, package inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule before confirming the booking.
Carrying valid identification and any permits, documents or authorizations required for travel.
Arriving at airports, railway stations, hotels and designated meeting points at the instructed times.
Following the rules of airlines, railway authorities, hotels, temples, transport operators and other service providers.
Informing Sarva Yatra in advance of relevant mobility requirements, accommodation requests or other arrangements that may affect the trip.
Taking reasonable care of personal belongings, travel documents, valuables and medication.
Customers are responsible for expenses or losses arising from inaccurate information, failure to carry required documents, late arrival, personal misconduct or failure to comply with applicable travel requirements, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Cancellations by the Customer
If you wish to cancel a booking, you should notify Sarva Yatra in writing through the communication channel used for your booking or another official contact channel provided by us.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the package-specific cancellation policy, the date the cancellation request is received, services already booked or used, and the cancellation rules of the relevant airlines, railway booking providers, hotels and other suppliers.
Certain reservations may be non-refundable or may attract substantial cancellation charges after ticketing or confirmation. Any applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, non-refundable amounts and administrative charges will be assessed in accordance with the terms communicated for the booking and applicable law.
Customers should review the cancellation and refund conditions before paying an advance. Where a specific cancellation policy has been provided in writing, that policy will apply to the relevant booking, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to Bookings and Itineraries
Requests to change travel dates, passenger details, room arrangements, destinations, transportation or other booking components are subject to availability and the relevant supplier's rules.
Changes may result in additional costs, fare differences, rebooking charges, cancellation penalties or the loss of a previously available service. Sarva Yatra will communicate applicable changes and costs before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
Itineraries are planned according to the information available at the time of booking. Changes may be necessary due to weather, traffic, transport schedules, hotel availability, government restrictions, temple regulations, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Sarva Yatra will make reasonable efforts to preserve the main purpose of the confirmed trip and communicate material changes to customers as soon as reasonably practicable.
12. Cancellations or Changes by Sarva Yatra or Suppliers
In exceptional circumstances, a service may need to be changed, replaced or cancelled because of supplier failure, insufficient availability, operational restrictions, safety concerns, government orders or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where a change or cancellation affects a confirmed booking, Sarva Yatra will communicate the available alternatives and any applicable refund or adjustment in accordance with the booking terms, supplier conditions and applicable law.
Where a supplier is responsible for a cancellation or refund, the amount and timing of any recovery may depend on that supplier's rules and processing procedures. Sarva Yatra will provide reasonable assistance in coordinating the applicable process.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable package terms, supplier policies and payment method used. The amount refundable may be affected by services already used, non-refundable reservations, supplier cancellation charges and other charges properly applicable to the booking.
Refunds may take additional time where approval or reimbursement from an airline, railway booking provider, hotel, payment gateway or other supplier is required.
Where a refund is approved, Sarva Yatra will communicate the applicable process and any relevant information available to us. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in a customer's account may depend on the bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
14. Taxes and Invoices
Applicable taxes, including GST where required, will be handled according to the package quotation, invoice and applicable tax law.
Customers should review the invoice details, including the name, billing information, service description and tax particulars, and notify Sarva Yatra promptly if a correction is required.
The tax treatment of a service depends on the nature of the supply and the applicable legal requirements. Any tax amount or rate communicated for a booking will be subject to the relevant law and the details stated on the applicable invoice.
15. Health, Accessibility and Personal Safety
Customers should assess their fitness for the planned journey and inform Sarva Yatra of any assistance or accessibility arrangements required for the trip. Special arrangements should be requested in advance and are subject to confirmation by the relevant service providers.
Pilgrimage tours may involve walking, stairs, crowded areas, long waiting periods, uneven surfaces, changes in weather and other physical demands. Customers should plan accordingly and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
Customers should keep their medication, identification documents and emergency contact details accessible. They should follow safety instructions issued by transport operators, hotels, guides, temple authorities and local officials.
Sarva Yatra cannot guarantee that every location or activity will be suitable for every individual. Customers should discuss specific requirements with our team before confirming their booking.
16. Personal Belongings and Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their luggage, valuables, identification documents, tickets, money and personal belongings throughout the trip.
Any loss, theft or damage should be reported promptly to the relevant hotel, carrier, transport operator, local authority or other responsible service provider. Sarva Yatra may assist with communication where reasonably possible, but recovery or compensation will depend on the circumstances and the applicable provider's policies and law.
Customers should keep copies of important travel documents and retain relevant receipts and booking confirmations.
17. Third-Party Service Providers
Some components of a travel package may be supplied by independent third parties, including airlines, railway booking providers, hotels, transport operators, guides, boat operators and other local service providers.
Those services may be governed by the provider's own booking conditions, safety rules, cancellation policies and terms of service. Customers may be required to comply with those conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
Sarva Yatra will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the services included in a confirmed package. Responsibility for a particular service, delay, cancellation, refund or claim will depend on the circumstances, the applicable supplier terms and the rights and obligations established by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sarva Yatra will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including disruptions caused by weather, traffic, government restrictions, public events, supplier operations or transport schedule changes.
Any responsibility for a loss, delay, cancellation, injury, damage or service failure will be assessed according to the circumstances, the services arranged, the applicable booking terms and relevant law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or removes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to customers.
21. Force Majeure
Sarva Yatra and the relevant service providers may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, floods, fires, epidemics, public emergencies, strikes, civil disturbances, security incidents, government restrictions or interruptions to transportation and essential services.
Where such events affect a booking, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the situation and coordinate practical alternatives where possible. Changes, cancellations, refunds and additional costs will be handled in accordance with the applicable supplier terms, booking conditions and law.
